Fragile

The news on the heart transplant of the little girl Hui Yi has been in my mind these few days..
I think it is really amazing how this little girl has waited for a year for a heart donor... and in 2 days, she found two. But it also means, in 2 days time, 2 precious lives were taken away.. The first heart belonged to a 15 year old malay boy, and the second heart belonged to a 20 year old chinese boy. As i was reading the paper, i saw the picture of the chinese boy, wow.. a very handsome boy. He died of a motorbike accident in JB. Life is so fragile.. he died on the Wednesday and the parents decided to donate his organs by end of the week. In a blink of eye, his heart is pumping in a little girl's body.. his other organs are functioning in others' body, helping them to live a better life...
I can't help but to think... What if the boy didn't die of the accident, the girl will not have another heart to be transplanted, will she still be alive now? Is it possible that both of them are safe and alive now? How did they pray for a heart? That someone might die and give them hir or her heart?? This is so cruel.. why someone must die to save another's life?
I asked God, but what crosses my mind was - God's ways are higher.
God's ways are higher.. he has his reason behind everything, although I may not fully understand..

yeah, i know. but its the bereaucracy that's taking up the time. they have to trace what went wrong before the insurance company decides how much(if any) are they compensating me. this is the first time it has happened, so consider yourself very lucky.. or jinxed!!
