1 Samuel 17 : 45-47
You come to me with sword, spear and javelin, but i come to you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. Today i will conquer you and i will kill you and cut off your head. And then i will give the dead bodies of your men to the birds and wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. And everyone will know that the Lord does not need weapons to resuce his people. It is his battle, not ours. The Lord will give you to us.
Indeed, it is not our battle. I was asked, are you for God? My answer is "i am willing". Someone just reminded me that 12 hours.. can change someone's life completely. I am willing to let God take over this battle and allow me to use this 12 hours to sow into someone's life.
John 1 : 12
But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.
Again, God is reminding me that it is my right.. why do i need to fear?
God, please put words into my mouth.. and give me the wisdom to go about it. Let me do it your way, not my own way.. I give it to you, all the glory, all the praise. It is your battle, your victory. I claim this, in Jesus's name, Amen.
