When everyone that you trusted, turn their back on you..
When everything that you depended on, are no longer in existence..
People that you are so familiar with, suddenly seem like strangers..
There was a place, I thought I could always run to, when I feel down, feel lonely, feel empty.. but now it seems that place is not always available..
When you are standing at the tip of a mountain, you turn around you, there's nothing for you to hold on to, no one for you to turn to for help..
Maybe you can try.. look up... "God, need some help here?"
Because.. i am doing that too..

anyway, i came across this story again last night where the disciples saw Jesus walking on water and Peter asked Jesus if he could come to Him and of course Jesus said yes lar. Peter was able to walk on water towards Jesus initially but when he saw the wind, he was afraid and started to sink and he cried "Lord, help me!" Jesus immediately reached out His hand and caught him.
I know you should be more familiar with this story than me but perhaps it's a good reminder for you? Just remember, whenever you cried out to God and ask for help, He will always come to you immediately and in fact, He will come without you asking Him to do so because you are His precious daughter ^^
God always hear our prayers - remember the scene in Bruce Almighty where he heard lots of voices in the morning and at night when God gave him all His power?

wow.. so encourage to see your sis's reply :) yes, i was very down last week, i was writting love letter to God and ask Him ..Lord why everything is so hard, no jobs for 5months di..and..the other day went to dentist and cost a bomb..3 teeth oredi 600bucks..i am crying out to God..i am jobless leh..still my teeth and inject me 5 times and it was so painful, half of my face -nose, mouth,etc is NUMB for 4 hrs..i was so sad..crying out LOUD to God..really LOUD CRY...lord is super hard, are you REALLY INTERESTED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!! and straight away, He answer me...i am interested in YOU.
i cried and know really, all things happen for a purpose and God so care for us but He cares more on WHAT IS INSIDE US 1st. not outward...we can serve him so much, we can sing, we can do so much...but if our hearts stinks..it doesn't bring Him smile. He is refining us constantly using whatever He could!
