Mini Milestones : Jasper's 24th month

My Jasper turned 2 this month.
He is speaking full sentences this month!
He is finally much closer to saying banana right. It used to be just nana, but now is nanana!
He calls umbrella as bebewah.
He also says open the door.
Also, "enough". "again", "done"
When we ask "why he replies "because xxxxx"
I ninis! (I finish).

Now he is also sitting together with jeje when we sit down for workbook time. One time we let them spin the gasing, Jasmine could do it and Jasper kept asking her to do again.

Jasper is able to count up to 12!

This is at Pyramid where there's a read show about Justice League and Joshua showed him batman. 

For a short period of time, everyday he prefers to just hold his shoes and not wear them. -_- I get frustrated esp when he lose the grip and drop the shoes, or it's raining. 

Whenever he hears Jasmine sneeze in the car and get a tissue to wipe. He pretends to sneeze and also demand for a tissue too.

4th Nov, he pulled jeje's hair. At least 4 hair came out and we put him on time out. Why this happened? Because they were eating guavas together and Jasper's style was take each piece, took a bite and put back. Jiu Jiu was with them and he did not like it. He was stern with Jasper and Jasper got mad and let it out on Jasmine. Jasmine fell to the ground due to pain and cried. I feel really heartache to see this. One, Jasmine was purely innocent and she could be hurt. Two, Jasper doesn't know how to release anger, he probably felt that jeje is always there performing better than him and this doesn't help him to learn good behaviour. 

We took a video of them riding on this merry go round outside of Empire's Rakuzen, they were given free ride because the boy was riding alone. And Jasmine did a head nodding dance where Jasper followed also. 

Insisted on holding the bread the wholeee way home. 

He likes to sit on our lap like this. One time he sat on my lap and ate my chap fan. All the dishes like sweet sour pork, spicy brinjal and big mouth of white rice. 

Still a soup boy.

Joshua did a science experiment to see Vortex on Saturday. They both may not fully understand it especially Jasper but he still found it funny.

Hair trim again! Further and further enhancing his tail. :) 

Free art time! They both enjoyed. Jasper drew many colours from all types of crayons, dot dot pen and magic pens. He can say "yellow" and "blue" correctly. Although they ended up staining their pants, hands and feet, but it was such a happy time. 

When they play swing at the back, Jasmine always asked Jasper you want fast or slow, and Jasper will answer. Most of the time he will answered slow. And then Jasmine will ask again Jasper are you okay? 

Inspired by jeje to play under the table. They did cooking under there. They did this even when I was taking a nap in the living room. 

I thought he could fit into this pants already so I removed the stichtes that made it smaller, but it became too loose. Joshua took them to playground after picking up. 

And he pulled down his own pants effortlessly. 

At home, they both tag team to kill a bug. Jasper tried to kill it with a plastic lid but not successful. Jasmine killed it with a book. After that Jasper kept on looking for more ants to kill. 

Went to prayer service with daddy and taught to share his toys. 

Jasper led jeje to bring biscuit tin upstairs so to ask daddy to open for them.

Jasper is a tantrum boy, one night he threw tantrum too unreasonably, until Joshua had to rotan his legs to make him behave. 

One night after dinner, Jasper was sitting there doing his business. Thennn.... we smelled it and there it spilled out. This is the overflowed shit from his diaper & pants. 

So we split the clean up work. Joshua cleaned Jasper. 

And we cleaned the high chair. It was really smelly. 

Whenever we can, they will get their bicycle time. Practices makes perfect. He has improved a lot!

Once they were playing with water outside at the back, there were some frictions and Jasper bite Jasmine on her back until there was a big bruise, took days to recover. I did not dare to take a picture of it, because I really don't want to remember that my son caused such an injury to my daughter. :( What do I do to make him know how to love and appreciate his sister? :( 

On good days, they sit down like this and have their own version of conversation.

When he sees Jasmine do her concert performance for us, he also perform singing. :) 

During playtime we noticed he is quite good at stacking things up. 

Set up christmas tree! Jasper broke one ornament this year, not from biting but he pull it too hard. 

In the car, he draws on the notebook and then he will just randomly call it baymax, truck, car, bigel.

And we also start playing calling chinese colours in the car. He follows. :) 

Performance at LL graduation concert, Jasper wore the astraunat outfit but it wouldn't fit him. Too small for him. 

Although I find him looking really handsome in it. ;) 

Before we concert day, we don't really know his song, but teacher roughly said it starts with "zoom zoom zoom" so when we say it to him in the house, he will reply something but we dont know what it was until concert day, that it is "we're going to the moon"!

So he had to wear the shirt. It's meant for bigger kids. It's from Anakku. Teacher Pei Pei helped to pin the rockets to his back. 

We gel up his hair, with RM5 gel from pharmacy. 

Here he is rocking out the performance! He didn't follow the actions completely but at least he smile or cute stare at the crowd. 

And he started jumping on the stage, hearing the sound, he motivated other boys to jump too!

After the concert he continues to sing this song in the house, including counting from 10 to 1, and blast off!!! 

This is him wanting to sayang Jolene. After the concert, we met Jolene at home. :) 

That Sunday, he had fever in the morning 7.30am, 38.1 degree. 

19th Nov 1pm, still 38 after giving medicine, so we used Kool fever patch to help bring it down. 

Before the concert, there was already an HFMD outbreak to which we thank God both our kids were clear and could perform. But..... on 20th Nov, they both got rejected by LL at the door after body check. They saw ulcers in both their mouths. I had to take EL (burn my MIA training) and take both to the Dr Liew clinic at USJ9.

We waited till 11am, Jasper was confirmed down with HFMD, he had mini red dots on elbow, hands and crotch. Cried so loud during doctor's body check. 

He didn't want rice for lunch and dinner, only ate plain bread and soup. 

Even when he ate banana, he cried pointing to his throat, pain pain.. 

Jasmine does not have HFMD but we kept her home too in case she has the virus but no symptoms yet, and pass to others. 

This is them jamming with daddy at home. 

Stayed home with me for 2 days and then 3 days with Joshua's parents. 

One night we were eating dinner at USJ and he was afraid of a black cat that was nearby our table. 

At night he will wake up hungry and I feed him bread, he will feed me the part he doesn't like. 

On 24th Nov, he said to me "please switch on the light?" when he's at the back bathroom. 

Then he went outside calling Jasmine "Jeje! You want to see wow wow?"

25th Nov, took them to see Dr Koe, but saw the locum doctor Dr. Florence instead. 

11.3kg. Doctor say he only has 1 ulcer left and is clear to go back to school.

He sings the ABC song and Jesus loves me yes I know, almost all the time.

And he also ends the song with "awewua" (hallelujah)!  

Pretend to make nen nen for me, ask us to lie down to drink and even give us the cover. 

He also pretend a pink eye shadow pen is a rotan, come to me and hit my hand saying "pank you!" (spank you). And he pushes us to the wall for time out. Haha. 

He cheekily says "Hi jeje" after Jasmine comes back from toilet. 

And once, when we reach home, he says "Hi daddy" when he come to open the door to take him out. 

We went to the Art & Light exhibition at One City, after having dinner with the Kongs.

There is a very fun water fountain that changes colours and has lots of nice music playing that makes u just want to dance. :) 

Sometimes hugging jeje can become a wrestling session for them. 

This is my first time giving him a shoulder ride. I never did this for Jasmine. For some reasons he still wants to sit on daddy's shoulder lah.

Jasper was quite well trained to sleep through the night. On 8th Nov, he woke up only at 7am!!! But until the HFMD.. he started to get up at night again. :(

29 Nov, he vomitted in bed during midnight but Joshua failed to notice. 

Then morning 7.45am he vomitted again in the room. And 8.30am just before we leave for AKHP he lao sai and left puddles of watery poop in the living room. It's a big big mess for me to clean up.

Joshua had to send Jasmine to AKHP instead. 

He cried and said "yeee!!" because he didn't like the poopy mess. 
Who will like this???

 Even stained his toys.... That weekend I made Joshua open up the battery area to confirm that it didn't leak into it.

I immediately took him to Klinik Kecheeriaan for check up and got to know there's a stomach flu going around. Moments after we come out from the room, we saw Elijah come to the clinic too.... classmates. During AKHP, we heard Ezra and Zyon both also vommitted.

That afternoon 1pm I took him along to pick Jasmine up, but he vommitted all over me in church. Another big mess to clean up, Jess Chia helped me with the wet wipes right next to me. And also the floor and the bench.
Then she helped send Jasmine to Lian's house, while I go home to wash up again. 

That evening 5.30pm he pooped again at home. Very watery put thank God we spotted it so clean up was easier.

Then 7.30pm again at Shin Wee house, when we were there to meet up with Shin Yee. 

He hardly ate anything the whole day, just some water, few bites of bread / cracker and half cup of milo mixed with Probiotics and anti diarrhea medicine at 6pm.

This was at Lian's house before we go to Shin Yee's house. 

Here we are at Shin Yee's house, he was sticky to me the whole day asking me to carry and ask for nen nen. Then during dinner we spotted him having stomach pain or cramps, Joshua took him to toilet and he managed to poop into the toilet bowl. It was his first time!!!

Watery and smelly... and he was struggling with the stomach cramps holding to Joshua's hands. 

My dear friends celebrated my birthday. :) :) It was a surprise. :) :)

In the car when we let Jasper watch peppa pig, he holds the phone and make it face Jasmine so she can also watch but only for a little while. After Jasmine asked him again, he said "wait", the same answer Jasmine always gave him. 

Is nice to see them play together more and more as Jasper grows up. He really has a good jeje to take care of him and our prayers are that he will take good care of jeje too. :) 

He can say his own name "Papper". 

Jeje's name "Pamin". 

"paicy chicken" = spicy chicken.

Bed time, for close to a week he refuse to sleep in his own cot but wants to sleep on jeje's bed instead. I am waiting for him to sleep through the night, then transition him to sleep on mattress like Jasmine. 

And maybe mid of 2018, both of them should be upgraded to a proper Ikea Sniglar children bed. :)
