December 2021
Jasmine : 123cm , 20.7kg
Jasper : 118cm, 19kg
Jasper's follow up at Kindlehouse on his own. Decided not to bring Jasmine to save some cost there....
How nice to find the playground is open now! Jasper is so happy to be able to play there.
Dr Lee say that Jasper has an over-bite issue, which can be rectified if he remains consistent with Myobrace.
Then together we went to pick Jasmine up from Acaredemy.
Now her Lick Hung pants are all too short (in the crotch area) so she's just wearing the uniqlo's plain navy blue pants. It belonged to Jasper (from mummy) but Jasmine could put it to better use here.
Ting Ting Lao Shi told me to rehearse his graduation ceremony speech with him, but look at the face. He was so unwilling to rehearse it because I was disturbing his play time. But he is a very good boy, he tried his best and by that night or next night he could memorise the whole speech already.
Tried to see if can put these 2 tables in there along with 2 beds, 1 baby cot, sofa seat and book shelf. It's almost impossible.... so we have to do away from the tables. It will just be beds, baby cot, sofa seat and book shelf.
So I bought him this hand sanitiser to hang on his bag, he was excited to be able to hang it like Jasmine.
That's me sitting with him at the back of Forte, to send him to school. He was wearing his current favourite shirt.
I got angry at both of them during this meal, because they acted as if they never seen sushis before and were just chomping away like it's so funny, but not funny at all! Leaving none for the adults.
At first there was a queue to enter Rakuzen so we just walked around and there was some christmas decor where we got them to take some photos with.
Photos with Jasper's birthday toy which came in October, earlier because he requested. And our new Christmas wreath.
Then Joshua decided to teach them how to cook instant noodles.
Indo mee goreng.
Including washing up!
My littlest baby still comes over at night :)
11th December Jasper's graduation.
He's finally graduating and I am so sorry the last 2 years schooling has become so weird for him. What was supposed to be 2 fun years filled with outings, events, school trips and mega year end concerts... has become 2 years of mostly online classes or restricted schooling activities where everyone has to put on a mask. :( I really feel sorry for my little boy here.
That day we were all in stripes. :)
Here he goes. He was a little taken aback as this was not rehearsed. The teachers planned as a surprise but kids are not that good at taking surprises.
Put on the graduation gown and hat.
So all his teachers were dressed in glittery clothes and they used gold pom poms to sing a welcome song as he walks in, they sang One Direction's "you dont know you're beautiful"!!
Joshua was also in stripes.
Jasper got to sit down here and do his graduation speech that we rehearsed.
And then do a solo dance here, according to the graduation song (from Sesame Street).
Jasper was not willing to smile for photos!! Only when with jeje he's willing to show some teeth.
Look here with his favourite teacher but his face was like this.
Still no smiles.
No smiles!
Suddenly smile?? No idea why?
Still smiling, this is so weird huh.
No more smiles, in fact he started to get a bit angry when Cikgu Miza squeeze his face to make him smile.
Then Jasper took Jasmine to tour around the school. Showing her different parts and areas.
That's us leaving. And we went for lunch at Bundle of Buns!
Happy Graduation my baby. :)
Can't believe I became the mother who will tie braids for kids to go to school. I never thought I would!
We started to put presents under the tree.
Jasper started to use the blue bag from graduation, because the paw patrol bag broke after using it for few days. The bag must've been in storage for too long. Jasper was wearing swimming shirt here because they arranged a water play at school. I remember Jasper liked it so much I encouraged him to tell teacher Ameeta about it, she promised to do another water play but it did not happen. Now I am writing (19th Feb 2022), they only have 1 final week left... i think Teacher Ameeta must've forgotten about the promise!! I should remind Jasper to remind her.
Myobrace. Behind are my kissy bras. I managed to breakeven finally in Nov or Dec... Felt instantly relief! But I still have many stocks to clear especially lace bras in XL sizes. Man.. who can I give those bras to? I have given some away but it's not easy to come by a good reason to give gifts and then having the right size for that person!
Here's us at Mr DIY with pastor tim and teresa. Our second time meeting Teresa and Anne's first time. She's such a nice person. Kids got to buy christmas presents for us (1st countdown activity). That day I had terrible constipation and initially was absent. Then I gathered my strength and courage, still havent fully release my stool and still have very swollen vulva... I still went although an hour late and only ate the pathetic leftovers. I was glad I could take the kids to DIY to complete our countdown activity as planned!
Another activity was wrapping presents so here we are.
Jasper picked this pencil case which Jasmine bought for him. And then we need to wrap it up so he can open on Christmas day. Hehe.
And here they each get RM5 for filling up the bag with toys or anything they are willing to let go. I have to help them fill up with old shoes etc to make the bag full instead of just half filled.
Another activity was to take family photo.Every Nation kid gave them a box! There were snacks and a teddy bear in the boxes. I was working at the background, working hard still !
Oh here, Joshua was out. We have a night of eating schmores! I used the schmores kit that Jade gave us and we literally had a mini campfire out here!First time.. so we did burn some marshmallow, oops!
But it was still delicious!!! They love it.
Look at Jasmine!! She's so thrilled!
Then we have somemore snacks with just the Christmas lights on.
We have packed up a box of things we could donate to flood victims. Summer Academy was accepting donations so this will go with Jasper to sch tomorrow.
Got Joshua to join them
Jasmine seems to have the best dance postures all the time! If only she can overcome the "feeling shy" thing.
Another activity... she asked me before if she could have some lights added to her barbie doll city. I thought just put 1 string of christmas tree lights for her will be great. So we did. And just as I left it to them to play in the drum room, she said she electrocuted herself !!
Christmas dinner at our place.
24th Dec 2021 - Ah Yan and his uncle came to transport Anne's bulky item over to her condo.
This is officially the beginning of Anne's move. Jasmine was home to witness the move.
Ah Yan also help us throw away the bed frame.
He also moved down the shelf cabinet and wardrobe.
I sold the ikea aneboda and have someone pick up from our car porch.
But not many interested in the shelf cabinet, and Julia told me about the flood victim family that she was helping - they didn't mind to have this shelf cabinet. So she sent lalamove truck to come pick up from us. Along with the beige chair and wooden table with glass top.
Soon they open almost all the toys and just spent the whole morning playing with new toys after new toys.
We also found the rat trap we set up next to our washing machine, was occupied!!!! Caught a rat... and on Christmas Day we killed it with hot boiling water. Joshua packed it into plastic bag and I dropped it at SS17 on a pile of garden trash.
We took the kids to Empire for dinner at Phoviet. And I think Jasmine bought a koko & May book from Popular. And I assured Jasper he will get a dog man book that I just ordered from Shopee. So he don't buy any book from Popular.
Can't say we were not worried about the crowd...
Aquarius didn't look like this when I came with Joshua when we first dated.
But i remember we did take a photo in front of this shark mouth. Haha.
Finally settled at DOME, but so expensive. I think we paid RM50 for this.
We also bought the popcorns.. can't remember the name of the popcorns. But not cheap la.
They took out all the stairs profile, to replace with the dark brown that we picked and was out of stock for the longest time!
Here's the replaced water proof squares. Wont say it was a great match to the current floor but I tried already...
Tried not to be OCD about this but.. so hard. There were 4 guys doing this job like rushing through and I really don't think they were detailed enough! And we kept the kids in the drum room, they played with barbie doll city and then resorted to watching ipad.
Lining up in front by the window were all the things that belonged to Anne, which Ah Yan would come again with his Hilux to bring over when the flooring is done at her place.
Jasper was still so happy with his pencil case and that night (we have kept our Christmas tree) they just sat her to draw quietly. :)
Look, this is how he plays with his new pencil case. :)
We've started to box things up because it will be our renovation soon! :)
Canvas roll at the back was purchased so that we are ready to use it to protect our just-repaired laminated flooring.
We went to Ikea, another attempt to get things ready for our renovation.
The kids get to try out the chairs. They wanted a chair with arm rest!!
And all of them are so expensive.
They decided on Janinge, RM195 or RM225 each.. I think we won't buy it unless it's for any reward for some achievement.
Good night babies.
One of our last nights putting them to bed here.
We had to remove everything to clean the water out.. Mop the room.. throw away affected things including rugs and the mop.
So much work for us on NYE.
Finally a clean floor, cabinet wasn't destroyed except 1 handle but it's ok...
