Pregnant with Number 3 (Second Trimester) : Week 36 to Week 38...

from Jan 25th to Feb 17th 2022 morning

Feeling very hot all the time especially at night even after we have fixed the fan to be nearer to our bed. These are my go to now for at night, sleeveless tank tops. So glad to be given these from Beli Nothing group.

Jasper and Jasmine now likes to climb into the baby cot.

Now I get the kids to help me take photos. They are very cute to help me.

Chinese New Year!

Back in Muar... 37 weeks now and so thankful I could still travel to Muar. We brought the hospital bag along just in case!

Anne baked her famous milk loaf and I can't help it but ate 3 slices over breakfast.. sugar level was 9+ after that... I also eat bak gua a lot, but sugar level was 6+ after bak gua.

Again got the kids to help me take photos to remember lo. Other people don't know why just doesn't like to take photos.

Got this from Evelyn, to use to transport my placenta for encapsulation.

We took our pregnancy photos in Muar this time.

Mummy refuse to take photo because she thinks she was not presentable that time.

Anne made ang ku kueh, I ate and I didn't test my blood sugar.

I used to be able to carry Jasmine in front and Jasper hanging at the back but now.... i need to wait till I deliver baby Jared in order to do this again for the big kids. I miss them. :)

Koko even give ang pow to Jared! What a surprise

We made it back to Subang safely without the need to go to hospital haha. The striped bag is the hospital bag.

Weekend 5th Feb - cut Jasmine's hair short.. because during confinement Joshua can't be tying braids for her in the morning. I gave her a nice bob cut.

Ate mangoes with my stomach being the table haha. It's convenient!

One thing I am glad I managed to do is send both kids for their 1st dose of vaccine. (Feb 6th). Here we are after physical service at ENCM, heading for lunch. Anne had appointment to eat with her Lifegroup so we just take a photo with Ah Yi only.

After lunch we walked into the PPV at Subang Parade.

(me at the back busy scheduling dental appointments!) Kids are eating their treats i.e. Mcd ice cream.

After vaccine, they didn't seem to show any symptoms of discomfort, except for sore arms.

Feb 7th - thanks children for helping mummy take photos :) My stomach is not so badly torn like last time, thanks for Mustela cream and the Estria oil, really help to keep my skin in tact.

I notice my feet are swollen!

That day wanted to wear closed toe shoe to church but realised oh no so tight so end up wearing slippers. I dont remember my feet swell up in previous 2 pregnancies.

Another thing I am glad I managed to do before delivery is taking the kids to Kindlehouse. I just have a feeling we should do it since the last round we went was December and that time Jasmine didn't even come with us. The appointment was scheduled next in Jan 2022 but that time both kids were down with fever (and diarrhea) so we had to cancel. So during the time at the PPV, I message the person in charge for Kindlehouse to fix appointment, she put me on waiting list and finally managed to get the slot on Tuesday 5pm. Initially we also cannot make it on Tuesday due to swim class but they are not supposed to exercise for at least a week after taking the vaccine, so we grabbed the dental appointment and went. Cut long story short, doctor had to pull out one of Jasmine's milk tooth to make way for permanent tooth to take over. If this is not done earlier, the permanent tooth will be harder to relocate.

This was Jasmine's check up, she was still cheerful because we didn't know yet about the need to extract the tooth.

So that;s the tooth that needed to go otherwise the permanent tooth was growing towards the right already.

While Jasmine still refuse to face reality, this was Jasper's check up. I feel sorry I wasn't there to celebrate Jasper's progress, because I was busy talking Jasmine into the tooth extraction, offering her all sorts of rewards including RM20.

She eventually agreed to sit back on the dental chair and did it.

McD so celebrate and reward them.

We take pregnancy photos even at night because simply unable to find time to take during day time.

Took Jasmine out to Bundle of Bun, one of the promises for her brave act to go through the extraction of tooth. :) Our little one to one time spent together and she's so happy.

Feb 9th - purposely take both kids with us to the check up so that they can see the ultrasound scan.

Had to wait patiently for our turn.

Next check up Feb 17th and doctor say either deliver on 18th or 21st. Latest is 21st.

Feb 11th - funny photos with the kids with the bump

Feb 12th - took them to Tiger Family to pick their school bag designs.

I am going to order online on the 1st March to spread out our expenses a bit. 2 tiger family M size school bag cost RM740!!! By this time I already get tired easily as we walk in the mall, I also walk slow.. because I could feel some pressure at the bottom of my belly.. And random cramps. Really feel like labour is near...

And so funny we just pass by the specs shop and managed to find a nice frame for Joshua. We requested for the frame to be reserved, to prescribe the lenses another time.

Feb 13th - woke up feeling ok although the night before felt like so uncomfortable I kept wondering are those contractions? But wake up morning completely ok. Decided to call Herbaline and managed to get appointment 5pm for facial. So happy!

Feb 14th - I was a bit angry with Jasper here because he told his classmate Ava that he wants to marry her when they grow up. Since when my baby boy is choosing wife already???

Easiest way to scroll my phone now is to rest it on my stomach. I wish Joshua had asked me to smile a bit so I won't look so ugly here.

Joshua decided he wants to be in the pictures so we did one with the help of tripod.

Feb 15th - at Super Sharkz.

Honestly I felt like I could go into labour anytime. Too painful to sit on wooden bench, also not comfortable sitting on this cushion bench. I am just feeling cramps and pain all over.

At night when putting them to bed I feel so tired just to sit down and get up.

Feb 16th - we went back to Atria's specs shop to buy Joshua's specs. Finalised on the frame and ordered lenses. I am on a roll settling errands like these before Jared comes!

At night, I read the Mutiny on HMS's Bounty to them.. Feeling so uneasy to even sit down on the bed to read..

Jasper had a green spider kept in this container and he was quite obsessed with it.

Feb 17th morning - took photo of Jasper and his new pet Spider Bob Mao Mao that he wanted to bring to school..

and that morning 11am was our appointment to see Dr Rama............................................
