Mini milestone in Jared's 4th month

 18 May to 17 June

5.5kg and 59cm long

Started to take out baby toys to wash or sterilise for Jared to use. 

Jasmine brought back her chinese essay book (acaredemy) so that I can read some of her stories. 

 She wrote this too. :) 

I started to take the duo pack and so scared of hair falling. Please please please don't drop.

Slowly outgrowing newborn clothes. 

Maths tuition at First Baptist Church on Saturday morning 10am to 12pm.

We moved the piano to upper landing. Next is to get rid of the ikea book case. 

Joshua took them to the padang to play. 

Jared drinks formula milk everyday. He doesn't fancy much lying down to stare at ceiling, so the baby gym was becoming a white elephant. 

Another newborn outfit that's becoming too tight.

Church outfit! The shoes is feeling tight already! First time wearing. 

Well dress for church!

Jasmine wearing a pair of pants Ah Ma bought from Shein for Jolene but too big. It looked really good on Jasmine.

During church service he sleeps short while in the playpen.

We are always at Creche. 

(tied a braid for her in the car and it lasted till at night)

Went to Sunway Geo for lunch , that place is so hot. Jared needed to take off socks and shoes, so hot. He still managed to take a nap in the stroller while we ate lunch!

Back at home.

Every day strap in the car seat on the way to Aunty Soo Lee's house.

Jasper complain got ulcer.

Try to let him do tummy time on baby gym.

Sometimes sleep until morning 4am, 5am or 6am. After that continues to sleep till 7.30am. 

Jasper likes black masks, he thinks very cool.

I try to tie different hair styles every other day. 

Met with mummy at CT. 

This outfit belonged to Joel koko and he wrote till 9 months old. Jared is about 3.5 months old here. 

Eat so many fingers at once.

He pooped a huge one before that we had to put him in bathtub after removing soiled diaper and wet wiped. I had to clean myself first before taking him in to wash with water. Jasper helped to bring bath tub, Joshua was in bathroom and Jasmine still sleeping.

Likes to sit upright.

Almost the only way he will take nap on weekends.

Try to use muffler to keep noise away so he won't wake up but didn't work.

Going to swim at Ah Yi's place.

First time wear swimming suit, already so tight!!! why!! 

Didn't dip into water, just wash legs only. 

Jasper was careful not to put his head into water. 

Only this girl is a fish. Her back stroke is like synchronise swimming dance. Her free style is a bit weird, she turned too much until face facing the sky. Not sure whether is correct??

Joshua serving so Ah Yi came to pick us up for church.

Test out front facing in ergo carrier. Because we are going to bird park.

Thought he want to sleep so let him face inward first.

After that just face out, he is ok but hot. So I kept on fanning him with the manual peppa pig fan.

Very hot day, carried Jared in the ergo carrier. I was soaking in sweat.

Poo poo already need to change. 

Went for lunch and Jared also behave very well in the stroller until we finish eating.

He loves bath tub time!! He kicks a lot in the water. 

Tuesday at Super Sharkz when Jeje went down to swim, Jasper's enjoy fried rice on his own.

Bought high chair for Jared !!!

He is happier sitting on the high chair than lie down in play pen. Although cannot sit very well yet. 

He often cries when we put him in playpen or rocker or baby gym. But here? no problem. Joshua say he wants to see the world.

Sunway Lagoon!! Sent Jared to Aunty Soo Lee's house, we took leave and came with Shin Wee. 

From this shoe ride, Jasper immediately become friend friend with RJ. 

Tried to queue for vuvuzuela and was partly roasted in the sun, only to find that the conveyor belt was faulty. So we went back down. 

Children enjoyed this superman ride! I didn't go for it because my waist was still sore from childbirth. 

Niclelodeon where Shin Wee fell asleep. 

The donut rides where we have to carry ourselves. Tiring!

Took the boat out to feed the fishes.

I had to go to toilet to pump at around 5pm and thought we can go after that but Jack was still running around with the kids playing vuvuzela and superman rides. I had a cup of warm coffee and waited while chat abit with shin wee. 

This is when everyone is finally ready to go, because the park is finally closing. I've never spend that many hours in here!

Dinner at Anviet!! Wanted to eat quick to go pick up Jared, heart very unsettling. 

Thanks to Shin Wee for paying for the pizzas in Sunway Lagoon and dinner here! Gotta love my friend. :) 

Pick up Jared at perhaps 7.15pm. 

Probably his fattest era. :) 

Met Shin Wee again for dinner!

And then play jenga at their house after dinner. 

While adults chat. I remember it was very hot!! Not sure why they don't on the air con.

Kids pour out the clothes to look for their acaredemy clothes to pack into the box. This is Sunday before we rush off to church. 

Joined main service for the first time. He's not used to the darkness and loud music Joshua had to take him out half way.

He can sit very long in the high chair.

Rare times where Jared sleeps facing up!!

He was topless, I was going to change him and thought maybe just let him sleep a while longer.

Going to Aunty Soo lee's house, in Forte's car seat. This car seat was handed down from Wei Chee. 

Aunty Soo Lee very patient with him, if he doesn't sleep she will carry. After milk she will put him down and slowly pat him to sleep. Most evenings when I arrive he is sleeping while she carries him to help him clock in some sleep.

I started new job at Mont Kiara starting 1st June, it's very far so I spent more time on the road and picks Jared from Aunty Soo Lee's house later than before.

Office lift. Everyday have to carry with me laptop bag, milk pump bag, hand bag and my lunch bag. 

Definitely faced challenges in pumping milk! So I've started to pump in the car on my way home. 

Jasmine is not feeling well, she had fever and Acaredemy called Joshua to take her home. We were worried it was covid but thankfully her fever came down next day and all tests were negative. I got her to drink more water. 

Sometimes when Jared is too hungry and too tired, he refused to direct latch. We have to feed him 30 ml first then only he latch and sleeps. 

Initially plan to let Jared start tasting solids when he turns 4 months old to reduce the reliance on formula, but we decided not to. Shall wait till 6 months old only start solids.
