Here is another close up of Jasmine finger taken while she's taking her nap. It is shorter and also a bit crooked, but other than that, it's fine. :)
We ordered food delivery because MCO and we can't go out. And it's tiring to cook every meals... plus our work is getting more and more.
Tried our best to let them do some art, as instructed by their schools. It is really not easy especially we all have to work.
At night, Jasper still asks for elbow.
We are going to make changes to the layout of this room the next day, so this photos are for memories. This plastic drawer is going to either be sold or kept in drum room.
Joshua's work station been here for few months. We are going to make it better.
And they sleep like this in L shape for maybe 2 years?

At night, this is after the change!! They are so excited about the new change as they have a small area to read.
This MCO the two of them can sit down quietly to read, which is really great.
They read quite a lot before bed somewhere in the week of 19 April.
On 18th April, on their own initiative they took chinese books to read with me, they said because they know I will ask them to. Haha.
I tried to get Jasper to read Peter and Jane so that he can start to read on his own like how Jasmine improved her reading last time. He likes the version 2A more than the version 1A. And he saw the page where Peter and Jane have some sweets he asked me why we didn't buy the type of sweets for him. It's the type with plastic wrapper. So we went out few times and couldn't find it. End up Joshua bought choki choki which is still very different. Finally Anne found in Village Grocer.
One of the fun projects we did with them was to wash these plastic chairs out here. We scrubbed clean all 4 stools and felt so good to have clean stools in the house! :)
Nap time looks like this now. The fan is a bit more balance blowing both of them.
Sometimes both wanted to wear gown to sleep.
We can't call maids to come, so Joshua have to mop the floor himself. They are very excited to help too.
This is the homework table, always messy.
One day Jasmine is doing some bahasa latihan, the teacher asked them to fill in their cita-cita. She said dentist, I asked why. Then she changed to say something else which I forgot what, because she suddenly changed again. And this time she went with full confidence nodding her head while she writes "Ibu" as the answer without hesitation. Then she said to herself "a real ibu". Hahaha.
Anne's workstation in the living room, the bigger table has switched with Joshua's table upstairs.
Easter is coming and I finally squeezed in time to prepare for 5 days countdown to Easter. I try not to break our tradition, 5 days also better than no countdown.

We tried to assign Jasper to sit in this room to do work alongside Joshua and Jasmine in the other room with me. It was ok at first , I think April still ok.
I noticed that as Jasmine writes, because her palm sweats, so she will pause to wipe her palm sweat on her t-shirt at the part of her chest. It's a very cute sight.
My specs without power. After he played with my specs, I found a huge scratch on the lense. Sigh.
Snacks are prohibited upstairs, but it is allowed during MCO.
Play drums.. because Jasmine has some lessons to follow from the 24 season drum class. She was quite weak at first but after Joshua spend some time with her, she got much better.
Jasper likes free style and especially as many drums as possible for him to whack.
Joshua was shooting some videos in the house and Jasper also wanted to shoot with his "camera".
After dinner, homework time.
Both join Jasper's zumba class by Summer Academy. Is so rare to see Jasper wear short pants now, because after this all he wanted is just pants that covers up to his knees. -_-
Sometimes after dinner we play family games, such as charades, monopoly junior, pretend games or just watch a movie.
Jasper is getting very good at charades game, jasmine will read the paper to her in the blue tent and he will come out to act for us to guess.
They also invented a space ship game that requires all of us to act as bad guys or good guys but the story line are always the same, everyone dies and then rise from dead again and then join the good guys. I played with them even while I was doing a face mask. Haha. So I was an alien that time.
They still bath together because it is more convenient. Although we did say we should let them bath separately already.
We arranged a zoom call for Jasmine and her VA friends. She was so excited to show them her pail / drum and all the drawings she did during MCO (in the purple book).
Jasmine actually does some drawing video with Joshua's phone but he hasn't have the time to edit into a video yet. Gotta keep reminding him to do that.

We had candle light dinner out here with Anne's dumplings. Was very hot but we felt that it's nice to have a different dinner setting.

His homework is always under Joshua's supervision.

We soaked until very big for them to play but in just moments later they crushed everything and throw on the floor.

Found a kitten at our front garden bed. It is a newborn kitten and we think the mother has abandoned it, we left it at the recycling centre in a box.
Painting time. Jasmine taught Jasper how to deal with water colours. She is a very good teacher.
Bread baking with Ah Yi.
Try to make siew yok. Should watch the video of Jasper poking the pork, is very funny.
Facetime with Leann. Leann is always annoyed when Jasper tries to appear in the Facetime. I told Jasmine she must learn to protect her brother, so she learnt to tell Leann cannot ask Jasper to go away because he is my brother.

Finally made the pig art & craft assigned by Lick Hung. It required a lot of materials and I delayed this for quite long. They both really like this pig.

Poor girl sat with me here till 7pm because I was still rushing my work.
We watched Sonic the Hedgehog on the evipad one night while I stitch up the broken opening of their blue tent. Jasper was so engrossed in the movie that he screamed "We did it!" when Sonic Hedgehog finally won.
I cut hair for the 3 of them at one go.
MCO got extended to 28 April... sigh... how long more can we hold the fort? We are not called to be teachers but we have to somehow be their teacher in this season.
