They have become my friends
These few days i have been working alone. To avoid traffic jam, i go into client's office at 7.45am but the department of my client is still not open. I have to work in the open area pantry for about half an hour. No one to talk to, no one to complain to... only have to ask client questions, call seniors for some guidance, listen to songs and mtg. Sometimes working half way, i start wondering how are the other 2 colleagues? They are also somewhere in the building, different department. 2 of them are car pooling, so are always in close touch. For twice in this week, they forgot about me when they go for lunch. Not until i called one of them, they ask me to meet them at the restaurant or food court. They are always talking about things that i dont know, things that happen when i was not around, jokes that i dont understand. They even came to a decision to quit this job together next year. Silently, without giving any signals, loneliness and insecurity has become my friends... How to get rid of them?

how many times you want me to tell you what to do? you have to take the first step and open yourself up always in order to mix around with others. it's good to know that you actually called one of them up for lunch! that's a good start! but honestly, it's hard to mix with those who are already very close. anyway, you won't be around with them long right? just try your best to mix around with your colleague under the same manager lor. don't be sad over this lar jie. no point making yourself sad when you are so depressed over your work already...get older faster one you know? hehe
ma cha la...
