Friday, after our lunch (yummy assam fish) we went home. Mum did some laundry and she went to take a nap, while me and Joshua went through a lot of my clothes that has been abandoned in Muar. All good but I don't wear them anymore, I really hope to sell it through LYN but still have not done so.. I need more than 24 hours a day... >.<
By 7pm we drove out to Greedy Street for dinner, and before that we went on an adventure to look for HSBC bank so I can pay my credit card bill. As a direction-less muarian, I remember clearly that the bank is at 1st Street (大马路) but strangely we couldn't locate it, we stopped aside and searched it using google maps with Joshua's new iphone4.. sigh.. i know this is embarassing, but even using maps we were confused. I decided to take another round to 大马路 and I feel so dejavu, the bank is really along this street, and THERE WE FOUND IT !! We missed it because we were talking about Muar Trade Centre.. and the bank was right opposite it.. hahahaha.. :P
Saturday, we went into my mum's office. :) Joshua helped with switching computers of the staffs. And then I proceed with checking the accounts and keying in some as sample or guide to our new accounts girl. I leave a long "love letter" to her as well. Sigh. We need to pray for more competent chinese staff. :S
At night, we drove to Mahkota Parade. Another adventure because Anne our GPS is not with us, and mummy is almost the same as me. :P We ended up at Dataran Pahlawan becase there were so many cars and managed to find a parking in front of the mall. :) We bought a pair of jeans short for my brother using my birthday discount at Padini. ;) Had dinner and went home. Mummy was tired, so she went to bed very soon after we reached home.
Sunday, had chicken rice balls! Yummy!! We met an old friend of my daddy at the coffee shop, such a humble and polite old man.. we wanted to pay for him & his family's meal but his daughter managed to pay for us first. Haha.. it's a tradition in Muar, you see someone in the coffeeshop, you buy him or her the meal they're having. ;) Before they left, the uncle came over to shake our hands again, and he said this "我会永远感激你" (I will appreciate and remember your gratitude forever) I asked my mum, what did we do for him? Mummy can't recall, she said "it must be your daddy, this uncle liked your daddy a lot" :) Legacy, my daddy left behind such a legacy.. that we're benefiting from it. :) I am just, so proud, of Ng Seng Kang. :) Joshua benefited from it too, free chicken rice ball, lots of smiles and warm handshakes. :D
Went into office again, I managed to settle some accounts also, while my mummy worked on some agreements, and Joshua did some photos scanning. By 3pm we had sushi at Wetex Parade - Muar's KLCC. :D Joshua managed to buy a pair of slippers and a t-shirt for gym use. ;) We then took a slow drive home.. faced some traffic jams along the way... and got home at about 7.30pm.. I was knocked out straight away......
Fruitful weekend, but because I want to enjoy it as much as I can, I could'nt afford naps in between although I felt so tired. But it was all worth it. :)
This weekend is going to be another good one I know it will be. It's going to be a double joy celebration on Monday. :) Mummy's birthday !! A surprise video + photo montage for her.. :) and of course lots of congrats to my brother who just got engaged !! :D :D He proposed on a boat in Barcelona to Evelyn, and according to his sms and email updates, she cried.. out of joy people, not that some sand went into her eyes.. hahaha :P I can't believe it, my brother is engaged, he's going to be someone's husband! It's definitely a need to celebrate this ! :)
