I was obsessive about polka dots that time and almost every day I was searching for polka dot dresses on Ebay! :P Of course I learnt a lesson for not being calm enough when I found something I like.
I learnt overtime that not only I need to stay calm to calculate how much maximum I'm willing to pay for a piece of clothing that caught my attention, I also learnt to do research, familiarise myself with the available brands and its reasonable price range, and lastly not get emotional whenever I lost the bid. ;)
I was obsessive about polka dot clothings so... all my clothes are polka dot here. :P
Anne also bought 2 tops. :) Anyway, these are mine! :) The auctions I managed to win! All together 6 items. Total spent RM265. I love Ebay UK because they have lots of dresses from topshop and primark at very low prices. I don't mind wearing 2nd hand clothing so long as they're still in good condition. :) When the seller say it's in good condition, it really is. When they say the tag is still on, the tag is really still on! No joke!
1 - Warehouse brown bag for only RM12. The strap has shown some use.. but it is still good.
2 - Primark blue polka dot dress. This is the one that I really felt like crying out loud when I paid RM62 for it and saw other sellers selling at only RM30. -_- I love this the most, it is very comfortable and many girls told me they like it and asked me where I got it from! :)
3 - Topshop red polka dot dress at RM23. Really a great bargain (the tag is still on!) although it is a little loose on me esp the bust area. I am planning to do some alteration myself during the Raya holiday. Plan to wear it at Jade's wedding as her theme colour would be red. :D
4 - Dorothy Perkins grey & white polka dot blouse for RM19. I wished I had not purchased this.. because it's low cut and tight at my waist area. Not what I imagined when I bid.. but I could still wear a black tank top under it. :)
5 - No-brand blue polka dot dress for RM24. I wish I had not bid for this too, it's really loose. Daniel accidentally cut it when he opened the parcel. I thank God he didn't cut the other dresses.. I might just wear it with the small holes on it. :P
6 - Brown bag for RM120. I've been searching for this kind of bag every now and then.. until Jin Rou also said she wants to buy. I ordered two, one for each of us. Hehehehe.. it's a little pricy and the bag is a little small but it's really hard to get one with a zip at the back!
That's just me smiling broadly on our way to airport for our honeymoon. I was wearing my "new" dress and my new bag from UK. :D
I also bought a red bow tie for RM8. For Joshua. He wore it at our last wedding photoshoot at Alor Setar's paddy field by Shu Shan. I thought the price is reasonable and would look really good on top of our white outfits and the green blue background. :)
Daniel won't be able to bring back anymore of my Ebay shoppings because the next time he comes back would be for good so he would've a lot of things to carry in his suitcase. :) I've now switched back to Ebay US because my uncle in San Francisco might be making a trip here in September. :)
Honestly, after buying stuffs from Ebay, I tried window shopping at the local malls, I realiesd I can hardly find anything I like. I got myself tired of walking, wasted few hours without any fruits and had to brave through the heavy traffic back home. :S I hope my access to Ebay shopping never ends.. :)
